Gustavo Avellar

Brazilian born Gustavo Avellar has been a lifelong learner and seeker of spiritual growth and development. In 2017, Gustavo completed his 200-hr Teacher Training with Ayama founder Mariano Ardissone. In 2019, Gustavo extended his studies with the completion of Mariano’s 500-hr  Yoga Teacher Training.

Gustavo believes in fostering a class environment in which students can safely venture inwards, exploring their relationships to their practice and connecting with themselves in meaningful ways. His classes are gentle, mindful and ideal for beginners, intermediate and advanced students alike.
