UPDATE 6.28.2020:  Due to recent developments in the spread of Covid-19 and this past week’s rapidly rising number of cases, we are taking precautionary steps to ensure the safety of all Ayama students and staff. We will continue classes ONLINE ONLY for the coming week and closely monitor the situation in order to determine when we can resume in-person classes as safely as possible. We will be reassessing the situation on Friday an announcing our plans for re-opening at that time. We thank you for you understanding and look forward to seeing you on Zoom!

As we continue to adopt the best measures for preventing the spread of coronavirus, we are also working tirelessly to keep our studio open. Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis as a clinical tool within the context of psychotherapy or counseling.

Hypnosis or Hypnotic trance is an altered state of consciousness related to a deep state of relaxation, focus of attention, use of active sensory imagination, all while in restful alertness.

Hypnosis can make therapy briefer and more effective by facilitating change.

Hypnotherapy can help with symptom reduction by going to the underlying subconscious cause of the symptom. Hypnotherapy opens the door to the subconscious and with the client’s permission allows the therapist to communicate in a language and form that the subconscious understands. Hypnotherapy can reprogram unhealthy subconscious scripts.
