
Natalia Castaneda
Natalia began her yoga journey over ten years ago, drawn to the practice as a way to connect more deeply with her body, breath, and sense of inner calm. After a decade of personal exploration, she decided to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Ayama, the very studio where she now teaches, inspired by a passion for learning and a heartfelt desire to share the practice with others.
Her teaching style is gentle, beginner-friendly, and grounded in the belief that yoga is truly for every body. Natalia focuses on meeting each student exactly where they are, creating a welcoming space where all can explore movement, breath, and self-awareness without judgment.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat, Natalia offers a compassionate and inclusive experience rooted in presence, accessibility, and growth.
