Yoga as a Cultivation of Space

The cultivation of space is at the root of every Yoga practice. Space guides our physical alignment towards a more balanced structure, it allows for deeper breathing and for more energy to flow through us.

Space in our mind allows us to see our real nature.

Space in our intellect allows our beliefs to evolve.

Space in our heart allows us to cultivate love.

During this training we will explore the search for space as a road map for our practice, while developing a practical relationship with these concepts as gateways into ourselves.

You will also:

  • Acquire a lifetime of experience and knowledge
  • Apply traditional Yoga techniques with confidence
  • Fulfill your destiny and open new paths in your life
  • Learn to better help others and share what you know

This 6-month, highly experiential program, will deepen your understanding and mentor you in mastering the material introduced in the 200-hour training, and introduce new theoretical elements and practical skills. It will equip you with the skills and insights needed to integrate advanced theory into your personal practice and teaching.

The “advanced” aspect of this program does not refer to advanced postures only, but to moving beyond knowledge and into an applied and embodied understanding as well. It will provide the means for a solid step forward in personal evolution, through empowered realization of who we are and the practical steps to enjoy the path, as we search for the end goal of Yoga.

A Yoga mentorship, it will provide individual coaching and assistance in the process of developing your unique voice and style as a yoga teacher and guide.
