In 2012 Anne broke her back while horseback riding. On the long road to recovery she realized that she liked helping people heal their bodies and souls so she switched careers to become a personal trainer, specializing in corrective exercises and senior fitness, and is currently studying to become a cancer exercise specialist.
Anne’s yoga journey began in 2001. She started Iyengar yoga and went on to practice other forms, including Aerial, Power, Hot, Vinyasa, and Dahn. Anne completed her 200 hour Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia, in the Hatha tradition. She learned Vedic Thai Massage / Assisted Yoga with Michael “Mukti” Buck, is a Reiki Master and has completed the Mindfully Based Stress Reduction course designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Anne enjoys teaching along side her husband Chris and continuing their journey together.
