Power Yoga

During the first 10/15 minutes, class works to create heat in the body. Afterwards, students then begin to uncover physical dynamics at play with different styles of postures;  practicing balance, determination, concentration, focus on the breath and discovering the incredible power of moving meditation. Class will end with a focus on strengthening the spine through compressions, stretches and twists. Expect to be challenged in a gentle environment, perfect for both beginners and advanced students!
