Gabriela’s class is multi-level, 90 minutes of Power Vinyasa Yoga Style. At the beginning of the class, students will work to create heat in the body. Afterwards, we begin to uncover physical dynamics at play with different styles of postures; practicing balance, determination, concentration, focus on the breath and discovering the incredible power of moving meditation. Expect to be challenged in a gentle environment, perfect for both beginners and advanced students!
Within a creative sequence, you will find sun salutation, standing postures, twisting, back bends, inversions, pranayama, meditation, and get ready to sweat and open your heart with some chants!
