TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM WITH MANO
 
I extend an invitation to those students interested in deepening their understanding of Yoga and its practice; to those students who may feel called to start on a teaching path; moreover to those already teachers who desire to grow their skills and realization of the process of Yoga. - Mano
 
Some of the topics covered in the training include:
· Traditional and new Asanas and Vinyasas in multi-dimensional space. 
· Art & science of sequencing. 
· Principles of alignment and structuring of the Asanas. 
· Physical anatomy and physiology. 
· Energetic anatomy, kriyas, bhandas, pranayama and mudras. 
· Yogic Psychology. 
· Meditation. 
· Sanskrit language. 
· History, philosophy and ethics of the Yoga path. 
· Yogic diet. 
· Teaching methodology and adjustments. 
· Therapeutic Yoga, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
· Analysis of the main Yoga traditions.

LEVEL I requires 5 weekly meetings, (Fridays 6-8, Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 7 PM), and 3 weekly, mandatory classes at the center.
 
The only required book, not included in the price, is Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar.
 
Other elective readings will be assigned during the course of the training.
 
Level I includes a total of 110 credit hours to be applied towards Yoga Alliance Registration requirements.
