    As a YOGA instructor I have led yoga classes in individual or group settings. I custom detail yoga classes based on needs, ages, and ability levels both children and adults. The atmosphere I provide is positive, encouraging, and team-work oriented with much respect and compassion. As a Yoga instructor, I guide students through modeling, verbal and hands-on cues to move into a system of poses in order to stretch and strengthen their bodies. This system of exercises consists of slow and intentional body movements connected with deep breathing. The result of these verbal cues and hands-on directions will provide proper and safe performance for each individual. By focusing on our internal growth; we will be able to evolve, learn, share, and provide for our self and others in the community.
