AYAMA PRE-NATAL YOGA PROGRAM
   Ayama’s Pre-natal Yoga classes will help Moms discover breathing, stretching, meditation and mindfulness techniques to uncover their natural strengths and intuition. This is a moment in time to relish and enjoy the beautiful blessing of life. Love your body and connect with your baby. Feel more relaxed and lessen the anxiety associated with the challenges ahead.
 
 Through our Pre-natal program you will learn yoga postures designed to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, strengthen the back muscles, improve circulation and digestion, relieve fatigue and tension and revitalize the internal organs. A regular Asana practice can also assist in alleviating many of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as constipation, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A steady breathing practice during pregnancy will help open the chest, relax the lower organs and improve circulation in both mother and baby, ensuring a better supply of oxygen to the blood. Pre-natal Yoga also calms the nerves and gives the mother greater control of her breathing during labor.
 
 This class is a great way to physically, mentally, and emotionally prepare for birth and also a great way to make new friends and share concerns and experiences with other expectant mothers. Our Ayama Pre-natal classes inspire mothers to deeply connect with their babies, and prepare them for their new journey together!
