| DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASSES | |

Universal OPEN Levels:
A challenging, dynamic style of class developed by Andrey Lappa, that allows the students to work at their
own level following the teacher’s guidance. Creative, intelligent
sequencing and postures with different variations are taught to suit the
practitioner's needs.
Vinyasa OPEN LEVELS: This class gives the fundamentals of a flowing practice that synchronizes movement with breath. The teacher will guide the student through an unstructured sequence that incorporates breathing techniques, proper alignment and dynamic movement, leading to a meditative state.
HATHA
YOGA:
Gentle, slow, Kripalu -Yoga of Awareness- style Yoga,
involving traditional Hatha Yoga poses, Pranayama
-breathing-, visualizations and Kriyas -movements of energy.
POWER YOGA: Typical sequence includes
Sun Salutations, followed by standing poses and a wide
array of seated poses, back bends and inversions. A bit
more challenging than the Hatha classes, they offer more
of a workout.
KUNDALINI YOGA: This classes aims
to awaken our consciousness and our dormant energy
-Kundalini energy- at the base of the spine. It
involves Kriyas -movements of energy-, chanting and
meditation. The body and its immune system will be
strengthened and rejuvenated.
