Ayama
Yoga Center is located in the heart of Aventura / North Miami
Beach, 3 blocks from the major intersection of Miami Gardens Dr.
and Biscayne Blvd. (US1).
Once at our doors, don't let the outside
of our warehouse fool you, the inside is a tastefully decorated,
spacious, warm and enchanting space to practice. |
|
Dim light, candles, sacred music and superb acoustics make it
easy to turn inwards and engage in the journey.
Our vision is to provide a sacred space for healing and personal
transformation, and our students always express, after class, a
sense of profound insight after the challenge, and harmony and
peace after right effort.

|
The classes are full of mixed level
practitioners, who find individualized attention, knowledgeable
help and nurturing guidance.
In addition, the great vibe of our teachers helps our students
feel supported and well coached.

If we could describe our style of Yoga, we should say it is
conscious, intelligent, creative, flowing, therapeutic, and
spiritual in its essence.
We welcome all to try a class and explore a unique way of
practice!
NAMASTE!

I have been practicing yoga for about 12 years. Ayama Yoga Studio peaked
my interest with its wonderful instructors. Each one brings something
different and unique which enables me to experience a well rounded
practice. My yoga experience has enriched my life in many ways. It has
taught me to be present, to accept my limitations, to be grateful, to be
comfortable and pain-free, and also how to be still and calm. I hope to
keep growing with Ayama indefinitely. Namaste! - Kristi Kobrin.
The best therapy for the mind, body, and soul! I love it! I look forward
to Bea’s class all week! -Todd Weinsier.
I have been a yogini for 10 yrs and I have practiced at the Ayama for 7.
Ayama has allowed me to explore unknown parts of myself that I didn’t
even know existed. As my practice continues to evolve, Ayama has always
been considered my personal healing sanctuary. Thank you all for
touching my life!! Namaste – Amy Sarnow.
I was looking for a yoga place in Aventura with no success, until
someone mentioned Ayama. I have found love and compassion and very
interesting and excellent teachers. Each teacher has a different style
of teaching and practice, which at the time makes my practice richer and
challenging. Yoga is not only about the physical exercise, it's a mental
and spiritual challenge. I find all that at Ayama and I'm very thankful.
- Claudia Gallegos.
I've been practicing Yoga for almost a year and I can feel the big
difference in both my mind and body. My experience at Ayama is one of a
kind, every time I enter the studio everything that's in my mind stays
outside and my entire body fills with harmony and peace. It is very easy
to get this feeling when you enter the studio because of the beautiful
and spiritual place the owners have created, all surrounded with candles
and good vibes. I've had classes with almost every one of the
instructors and each one of them has his unique way of teaching, however
all of them do it with great compassion. - Nicole Naierman.
Yoga has influenced my life in numerous and extraordinary ways, giving
me a level of balance, awareness, strength and peacefulness I never
expected to achieve even though my path is just starting. Ayama Yoga
Center, through its teachers, workshops and activities has been vital in
my development, sharing their knowledge and transmitting their energy.
Namaste! - David Radzinsky.
I have had chronic back pain for 30 years; have been to several
specialists throughout the country, the diagnosis is osteoarthritis of
the spine plus sclerosis. Several orthopedic specialists suggested
surgery to fuse my spine. Weekly chiropractor visits seemed to alleviate
the pain a bit but the effects only lasted a few days. One specialist
reviewing my x-rays told me that had he not seemed me in person he would
have assumed that the x-rays belonged to an individual in a wheel chair.
In a nut shell, my spine is a wreck. Then in my quest for relief, I
discovered yoga, I have had hatha, Ashtanga and Bikram classes. The pain
relief has been incredible. In my recent move to Florida, I discovered
Ayama Yoga Center. Whoo, I am so happy! This center is the best I have
been to so far, the staff is incredibly gifted and all classes are
different. About 2 classes a week are enough for me to feel pain free
and go about with my daily routines. My life has been enriched, not only
physically but also spiritually. I know I will be doing yoga for the
rest of my life. Namaste! - Celita Chanh.
